7.1 Robot

On [Robot] page, you can monitor and set all user I/Os, and receive and send I/O signals in real time. When the program is stopped, all output signals will remain in their status.

  • Digital I/O: Drive the devices such as relays directly. I/O has two states: (disable/gray/inactive) and (enable/highlight/active). This manual will use "disable/enable" uniformly to describe the two states of I/O.

  • Analog input: The voltage value of the acquired sensor is displayed, the voltage range of each port is 0 V~10 V, and the accuracy is ±1%.

  • Analog output: The voltage/current value output by the interface board is displayed, and the voltage range of the analog output is 0 V~10 V; The current range of analog output is 0 mA~20 mA, and it is recommended to enter a current value of 4 mA~20 mA.

  • Tool I/O: I/O of end-of-arm tooling. The I/O status of end-of-arm tooling is displayed or set. See "5.1.6 Tool I/O" for specific settings.

Before using the tool I/O, you need to configure the voltage of pin 2 and the status of pin 3/4/5/7. It is recommended that the user reconfigure the voltage of pin 2 before using the voltage output of pin 2 each time.
